Esta bonita villa de tres habitaciones está perfectamente situada al hallarse a escasos 20 minutos a pie del bonito pueblo de Pollensa y a menos de 10 minutos en coche de las playas de Puerto Pollensa y Cala San Vicente.

La casa está decorada de manera tradicional, si bien presenta algunos toques de modernidad. Bajo una gran terraza se encuentra la entrada principal, la cual nos lleva directamente a un pequeño recibidor con acceso a un amplio salón comedor que se comunica con el exterior, en donde se ubica la piscina.

Desde el salón tenemos acceso a las habitaciones y a los baños. Los dormitorios constan de dos dobles y uno de matrimonio, todos comparten un baño completo.

La cocina, totalmente equipada con microondas, lavavajillas, nevera y encimera, completa el interior de la casa.

En el exterior destaca la bonita piscina rodeada de jardín con césped. También hay una barbacoa, un aseo con ducha y una habitación con lavadora y secadora. La casa tiene aire acondicionado en la habitación de matrimonio, en el salón y en la cocina.
